Billing, Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy explains how payments work on the creator sites hosted on MyFans: how you pay, how subscriptions renew and how to cancel them, and when a payment can be refunded. It is part of our Terms of Service.
Subscriptions renew automatically
A subscription to a creator site is charged upfront for a period of 30 days. At the end of each period it renews automatically and you are charged the same price again, until you cancel.
- The price of your subscription is locked: if the creator changes the price of the site later, your subscription keeps the price you signed up at.
- You can cancel at any time from your account on the creator site. Cancelling stops all future charges for that subscription.
- After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not refund the unused part of a period.
By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment service provider to charge the payment method you used at the start of each new period, until you cancel.
How payments work
You pay on the secure payment page of our payment service provider and then return to the creator site. You enter your card details on that page: we never see or store your full card number.
- Prices are in US dollars.
- Depending on your country, taxes may be added at checkout. Your bank may charge currency conversion fees, which we do not control.
- Each payment is for one item: a subscription, a single piece of content, a tip or a gift.
- We send you a receipt by email.
- The charge appears on your card statement as [pending].
If you don’t recognize a charge with that descriptor, write to us at support@myfans.site before you contact your bank.
How to cancel
You can cancel a subscription at any time, in either of these ways:
- On the creator site: sign in, open “Account”, go to “My subscription” and select “Cancel subscription”.
- By email: write to support@myfans.site from the address you use to sign in, and tell us which creator site the subscription is for.
Fan accounts are separate on each creator site, so you cancel each subscription on the site where you subscribed. Cancelling one subscription does not affect any other.
After you cancel
- Your subscription will not renew, and you will not be charged for it again.
- You keep access to the subscriber content until the end of the period you already paid for.
- There are no partial refunds for the unused part of a period.
- Pieces you bought separately stay in your library while they remain available.
Failed renewals
If a renewal charge fails, for example because your card was declined or has expired, you keep access for up to 48 hours while the payment is retried. If the payment does not go through in that time, the subscription ends. You can subscribe again whenever you want.
Single purchases
When you buy a single piece of content, such as a video or a photo set, it is added to your library on that creator site. You can watch it again on the site for as long as it remains available.
Content is streamed on the creator site and cannot be downloaded. A piece can become unavailable if our moderation team takes it down, the creator removes it or the site is closed. It then shows as “no longer available”.
Tips and gifts
Tips and gifts are voluntary payments to support a creator. They give you nothing in return: no goods, services, contact, custom content or meetings.
A gift is a payment toward an item on the creator’s wishlist. The money goes to the creator’s balance: nothing is shipped, and MyFans does not deliver physical goods.
You can sign a tip or a gift with a nickname or send it anonymously, with an optional message. The creator sees the nickname, the message and the amount, never your email address.
Tips and gifts are not refundable, except for duplicate or unauthorized charges.
Refunds
Sales of digital content are final once access has been provided. We refund a payment only in these cases:
- You were charged more than once for the same item.
- You did not authorize the charge.
- A technical problem on our side prevents you from accessing what you paid for, and we cannot fix it.
- The law requires a refund.
Content that is removed after you bought it, whether by our moderation team or by the creator, does not give an automatic refund.
A refund removes the access that the payment gave you. If it was a subscription payment, the subscription ends; if it was a single purchase, the piece is removed from your library.
How to ask for a refund
Write to support@myfans.site and include:
- The creator site where you paid.
- The date and the amount of the charge.
- The email address you used for the purchase.
- A short description of the problem.
We review each request and tell you the outcome by email. Approved refunds are made through our payment service provider to the payment method you used. How long they take to appear depends on your bank.
Consumers in the EU and the UK
If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, consumer law may give you a right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content. Where the law allows it, that right ends once access to the content begins.
Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live. If you believe you have a right to withdraw, write to support@myfans.site.
If a creator site is suspended or closed
If a creator site is suspended or closed, its subscriptions stop renewing and you will not be charged for them again.
If the site is closed, your subscription stays valid until the end of the period you already paid for, although the site is no longer shown. If you have questions about a payment on a site that was suspended or closed, write to support@myfans.site.
Chargebacks
If something is wrong with a charge, please contact us at support@myfans.site before you dispute it with your bank. Problems such as a duplicate charge can be solved directly, and faster.
A chargeback reverses the payment and removes the access it gave you, in the same way as a refund.
Disputing a charge that you, or someone you allowed to use your card, really made is sometimes called “friendly fraud”. If we find that a chargeback is of this kind, we may ban you as a buyer: a banned buyer cannot pay on any creator site hosted on MyFans.
Fraud prevention
To protect fans, creators and the platform, we and our payment service provider look out for signs of fraud, such as:
- Unusual purchase patterns.
- Repeated chargebacks or payment disputes.
- Payments made with stolen or unauthorized cards.
Fan accounts on different creator sites that share the same verified email address are linked to one buyer. This is how a ban applies on every creator site, not only on the one where it happened.
When we review a payment or a dispute, we may ask you for information to confirm that the purchase was legitimate. If we find fraud, we may remove the access the payment gave and ban the buyer.
We keep the information gathered in a payment or fraud review confidential. We use it only to investigate, prevent fraud and resolve disputes, and we share it only with our payment service provider and, when the law requires it, with the authorities. If you think we banned you by mistake, write to support@myfans.site.
