Acceptable Use Policy

What is welcome

Fetish included. Your content, your rules: as long as it is legal, consensual and between verified adults, it belongs here.

MyFans is made for adult content: explicit sex, kink and fetish content, including niche fetishes. What matters is that everyone who appears is a verified adult who consented, and that the content follows the rules below.

If you are not sure whether something is allowed, ask us at support@myfans.site before you publish it.

Where these rules apply

The rules below apply to everything on MyFans: videos, photos, stories, previews and thumbnails, site texts and images, titles, descriptions, tags, links, wishlist items, nicknames and messages.

They apply whether the content is real or simulated, including staged scenes and role-play. The sections that follow list what is never allowed.

Minors

We have zero tolerance for anything that sexualizes minors. We remove it, close the accounts involved and report it to the NCMEC CyberTipline and to law enforcement. Not allowed:

• Any person under 18, in any content.
• Content that depicts, suggests or implies a minor, whether real, drawn, animated or computer-generated.
• Role-play, costumes, props, settings or wording that present someone as under 18, including age play and school-age scenarios.

Consent

Everyone must agree, freely and knowingly, to what happens and to being recorded and published. Not allowed:

• Sexual activity without consent, including force, rape and coercion.
• People who are, or appear to be, asleep, unconscious, hypnotized, drugged or intoxicated.
• Hidden cameras, voyeurism, or recordings of people who do not know they are being recorded.
• Content shared without the consent of everyone who appears in it, including leaked intimate images or images published as revenge.

Incest and animals

Not allowed:

• Incest, including incest role-play.
• Animals in any sexual context.
• Harming, killing or crushing animals or insects.

Violence, blood and death

Not allowed:

• Violence that causes injury, acts that cause permanent harm, such as scars, burns or broken bones, and torture.
• Blood of any kind, including menstrual blood.
• Death, killing, snuff or necrophilia, including content that implies someone is dead.

Weapons, drugs and intoxication

Not allowed:

• Weapons of any kind, including toy and replica weapons.
• Using or showing drugs, alcohol, cannabis or poppers, even where they are legal.
• Performing while drunk, high or otherwise under the influence.
• Sedation, chloroform or any substance used to make someone drowsy or unconscious.
• Encouraging or telling anyone to use drugs or alcohol, or selling them.

Sexual services and exploitation

Not allowed:

• Prostitution or escorting, even where it is legal.
• Offering, arranging or asking for meetings, dates, travel or sexual services, including in exchange for tips, gifts or payments.
• Human trafficking or sexual exploitation, or making anyone take part through force, fraud or coercion.

Hate, harassment and privacy

Not allowed:

• Content that attacks or demeans people because of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation or similar characteristics, including slurs.
• Harassment, bullying, stalking, threats or incitement to violence.
• Doxxing, or publishing anyone’s personal data, such as legal names, addresses, phone numbers or identity documents, without their consent.

Identity, rights and honesty

Not allowed:

• Impersonating anyone, or pretending to be someone you are not.
• Synthetic or manipulated content of a real person, such as deepfakes or face swaps, without that person’s consent.
• Content you do not own or do not have the rights to, or that infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark or other rights.
• Titles, previews, thumbnails, descriptions or tags that misrepresent the content.

Spam, security and the law

Not allowed:

• Spam, scams, phishing, malware, or anything that harms devices or systems.
• Anything illegal where it was produced or in the United States.

Words, titles and tags

The same rules apply to words. Titles, descriptions, tags, site texts, wishlist items, nicknames and messages must not use words or phrases that suggest prohibited content, such as terms that suggest minors, lack of consent, family relations, sleep, intoxication, blood or violence.

Misspellings, symbols, abbreviations, emojis or coded words used to get around these rules are not allowed either. We look at what words suggest, not only at how they are spelled.

We may reject content, or ask you to change a title or description, if we consider that it suggests prohibited content or misrepresents what the content is.

Rules for fans and visitors

Fans and visitors must also follow this policy. In particular, you must not:

• Download, record, screen-capture, share or resell content, or use bots or scrapers on MyFans.
• Share your account, or get around the age gate, paywalls or other limits.
• Use nicknames or messages to harass, threaten, insult or pressure creators, to share personal data, or to ask for meetings, contact or services.
• Try to find out the real identity or location of a creator or of anyone who appears in content, or stalk them.
• Pay with details you are not authorized to use, or dispute charges you actually made.
• Send false or abusive reports.
• Interfere with the security or operation of MyFans.

How we enforce this policy

Our moderation team verifies the identity of every person who appears in content, reviews all content before it is published, and reviews every report we receive.

Depending on how serious a breach is, we may:

• Reject content before it is published.
• Take down published content, or hide a link or a wishlist item.
• Suspend a creator site or close it permanently, and hold its payouts while a report is open.
• Suspend or close accounts, and ban a buyer from paying on every creator site.
• Report content and accounts to law enforcement, and report child sexual abuse material to the NCMEC CyberTipline.

Content reported as involving a minor or non-consensual acts is taken down while we review it. Serious breaches can lead to closure without prior warning.

Creators are told by email about every decision that affects them, with the reason, unless the law prevents it, and can appeal as described in our Complaints and Content Removal Policy.

How to report

If you see something that breaks this policy, use the “Report content” link in the footer of any creator site, or write to us at support@myfans.site. See our Complaints and Content Removal Policy for how we handle reports.

We review every report and resolve it within 5 business days. We do not share the reporter’s identity or email with the creator.

If you appear in content without your consent, or have withdrawn your consent, choose “I appear in it without my consent” as the reason. If you think a child is in danger, also contact the police where you are.

Knowingly false reports may lead to action against your account and to legal liability.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as described in the Terms of Service.
