Questions about a payment

Charges from MyFans appear on your card statement as [pending]. If you are writing about a payment, please include:

• The creator site where you paid.
• The date of the charge.
• The amount.
• The email address you used on that site.

Never send us your card number. We do not need it to find your payment, and we will never ask you for it.

If you do not recognize a charge, write to us before disputing it with your bank.

Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account on the creator site: Account → My subscription → Cancel subscription. You will not be charged again, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Reporting content

To report illegal content, content in which you appear, a copyright infringement or any other problem with content, use the “Report content” link in the footer of every creator site, or write to support@myfans.site. Our moderation team reviews every report.

Content reported as involving a minor or non-consensual acts is removed while we review it. Our Complaints and Content Removal Policy explains how reports are handled.

We do not always write back about each report, but we may contact you if we need more information. We do not share your identity with the creator.

Copyright notices

Copyright owners can send infringement notices through the report form on the creator site (choosing copyright infringement), by email to support@myfans.site or by post to the address above. Our Complaints and Content Removal Policy explains what a notice must include.

Privacy requests

To access, correct or delete your personal data, or to exercise any other privacy right, write to support@myfans.site. Our Privacy Policy explains your rights and how we verify requests.

Questions from creators

Creators can write to support@myfans.site about their site, the verification of the people who appear in their content, moderation decisions, earnings and payouts. To appeal a moderation decision, reply to the email that told you about it. To close your site, ask us by email.
